Principals of KMK:

Chad Koenig, an avid skier and soccer player.  Chad is very community oriented. A long-time firefighter on the Warren Volunteer Department, a Red Cross certified CPR and lifeguard trainer.  Very experienced in all aspects of landscape design and maintenance.

 

Mark Koenig, a realtor based in Warren.  Mark also volunteered on the Mad River Valley Ambulance.  He is currently managing some of the most exclusive properties in the Mad River Valley.  He is certified as a Class II Water operator by the State of Vermont.
